Attention Class of 2024! Rocky Comfort Elementary would like to wish the Class of 2024 the best of luck entering their Freshman Year at MCHS! On Tuesday, August 18th, at 6:00 P.M, students can come to Rocky Comfort Elementary to receive their 8th Grade promotion certificate, their 8th grade silhouette, and the opportunity to get their picture taken in their 8th Grade promotional gown. We will be set up under the awning in front of the school. We understand that this is not the traditional 8th Grade Promotion, but we wanted to provide the the students and their families the opportunity to celebrate the transition from 8th Grade to High School, as well as providing our teachers an opportunity to personally wish you well in your future endeavors. We Want to Hear from You! As McDonald County Schools plan for the 2020-2021 school year, we would like your feedback on learning options that would work best for your family. Options might include seated instruction (face-to-face at school site) or virtual instruction (6 hours a day, at home, with teacher support available). Typical grading would occur with both seated and virtual instruction. Your responses will allow us to make decisions for the upcoming school year that best meets the learning needs of your child while also prioritizing their health.
