Hello, Roosters!!! I have some news. Our teachers will officially be back this Thursday! They will be attending meetings and preparing for the first day of school! Please expect a call from your child's classroom teacher no later than Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Our virtual "Open House" will be on Thursday, August 20. Each teacher will create a video and share it on the grade level or subject area Facebook pages by 4:00 p.m. on August 20, 2020.
We are asking each parent to write their child’s name on an 8 x 10 sheet of paper with the grade level, child’s name, teacher’s name with their bus number or car rider information included. This will make getting them to their classrooms much easier on the first day of school. Junior High teachers will share each student’s schedule with them, before the first day of school.
Due to COVID-19, visitors will not be allowed in the building until further notice. We have one exception, parents of preK and kindergarten students will be able to walk their children to class on the first day of school. Only two parents per preK and kindergarten students will be allowed to enter the building. They will enter through the main office doors. We can only allow one family at a time in our main office due to social distancing. Parents must wear a mask. Parents must go through a COVID-19 screening and can only be in the building for 15 minutes.
