McDonald County Schools is proud to announce several key leadership changes for the 2025-2026 school year, highlighting the district’s ongoing commitment to excellence by promoting talented educators from within.
These appointments reflect the strength of McDonald County’s instructional leadership and the district’s dedication to developing and empowering professionals who have already made a positive impact on students and staff.
Lacey Wolff has been named the new Assistant Principal at Noel Elementary. Mrs. Wolff transitions into this role after serving as Principal at Pineville Primary, where she was known for her student-focused leadership and ability to build strong relationships. Her move to Noel Elementary brings seasoned experience and a continued passion for serving the families of McDonald County.
Dianna Chamberlain will become the new Principal at Pineville Primary, following Mrs. Wolff’s transition. Mrs. Chamberlain has served the district in a variety of roles, including as a high school math teacher and most recently as one of McDonald County’s instructional coaches. Her strong instructional background and deep understanding of student learning will serve her well in her new role.
Dr. Sherry Patterson will take on the role of Assistant Principal at Southwest City Elementary. With many years of experience teaching at the elementary level, Dr. Patterson brings a wealth of classroom knowledge and a strong commitment to student growth and academic success. She is well-known across the district for her dedication to supporting both students and teachers.
“These leadership moves represent the high caliber of educators we have within McDonald County Schools,” said Superintendent Dr. Eric Findley. “Each of these individuals brings experience, vision, and a heart for students. We’re excited to see how they will continue to make a positive impact in their new roles.”
All three leaders will begin their new positions with the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
