McDonald County Schools is proud to recognize Tina Castleman of White Rock Elementary as the October Teacher of the Month.
Tina’s dedication to students extends well beyond the classroom. She leads after-school robotics and coding four days a week, attends sporting events, volunteers at school activities, and finds creative ways to make learning engaging. White Rock Elementary Principal Beth Holland praised Tina for the countless hours she gives to supporting students and building relationships with families.
Whether she is helping with a school event, cheering on students, or visiting younger classrooms to make connections, Tina makes a lasting impression on her school community. District leaders surprised Tina in her classroom with flowers, a gift card, and a framed copy of her award.
Congratulations to Tina for her outstanding commitment to White Rock students and families!
