Under a golden spring sunset and before a stadium filled with proud families and friends, McDonald County High School celebrated the graduation of 229 seniors during a heartfelt ceremony on Thursday, May 15, at 7:00 pm at Mustang Stadium.

The Class of 2025 was honored for their hard work, achievements, and resilience throughout their high school journey. From academic excellence to leadership in clubs, athletics, and community service, this class leaves behind a lasting legacy of determination and Mustang pride.

"This group of students has shown remarkable dedication and strength during their time at MCHS,” said Principal Angie Brewer. “We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2025 and all they have accomplished. We look forward to celebrating their achievements and watching them go out into the world and make a positive impact.”

The evening began with a baccalaureate ceremony at 5:30 pm, also held at Mustang Stadium, offering a reflective and encouraging send-off for the graduates. As the sun began to set, the graduation ceremony unfolded with a sense of excitement and emotion. The stands were packed with family members, friends, and community members, all there to cheer on the graduates as they walked across the stage to receive their diplomas.

The ceremony recognized not only the personal growth of each student but also the shared experiences that shaped the Class of 2025. From navigating challenges to celebrating victories, these seniors leave MCHS equipped with the skills, character, and confidence to take on whatever comes next.

As the last graduate crossed the stage and tassels were turned, the cheers of Mustang Nation echoed through the stadium—marking the end of one chapter and the exciting beginning of another.
