McDonald County Schools is pleased to recognize Heather Brody, Early Childhood Special Education Coordinator at Student Services, as the October Staff Member of the Month.
With 11 years of service to the district, Heather brings expertise, compassion, and dedication to helping young learners get the support they need to succeed. Her supervisor, Jeanna Cable, praised Heather’s leadership in coordinating evaluations, services, and individualized plans, as well as her ability to build trusting relationships with families and collaborate with teachers and specialists.
Heather’s work helps establish a strong foundation for students and provides encouragement and guidance to families throughout the early childhood special education process. District leaders surprised Heather at her office with flowers, a gift card, and a framed copy of her award.
