McDonald County Schools is proud to recognize Ernie Meredith of White Rock Elementary as the October Bus Driver of the Month.
Ernie has served as a bus driver for White Rock Elementary for the past five years. Principal Beth Holland praised his high expectations for students, strong communication with parents, and ability to build positive connections with the children he transports. His consistency and leadership help create a safe, structured environment for students on their daily rides to and from school.
District leaders surprised Ernie before he began his bus route, presenting him with a gift card and a framed copy of his award.
Congratulations to Ernie for his dedication to student safety and the important role he plays in supporting White Rock students and families!
