McDonald County High School is hosting free sports physicals for all incoming 7th-12th graders on Tuesday 5/16/23 at the MCHS main/big gym. Attached is the flyer for the event. If students are planning on attending without a parent, the sports physical MUST be signed by a parent prior to attending.
Students will be receiving the MSHSAA Pre-participation Physical/Procedure Form to bring home to parents/guardians on Tuesday, May 9th. Please contact bbergen@mcdonaldr1.net for more information.
