Teacher Recognized for Expertise in Instructional Technology
Dianna Chamberlain, middle school mathematics teacher at Southwest City Elementary School, has been recognized by the Missouri Education Technology Conference as a Spotlight Educator. She is receiving this award for being a "teacher who uses her voice to help other educators understand the importance of supporting student voice and finding ways to empower students to take ownership of their learning". Dianna along with her husband William Chamberlain, founded EdcampMagic, a technology conference for educators held annually in Orlando. In addition Dianna is a moderator of MOedchat, she is an Apple certified teacher and a Breakout EDU Authorized Trainer. Thank you Dianna, for going above and beyond to serve students and educators!
